When using appropriate 3M™ replacement filters (e.g., 6051, 6057, 6059), this professional mask (half mask) provides the highest protection class up to FFP3, ensuring the filtration of the most dangerous toxic substances. This chemical respirator is ideal for painters, welders, and chemical industry workers. Available sizes: small 7501 (S) and large 7503 (L).
Premium Silicone
The soft face seal made of high-quality silicone quickly adapts to body temperature, does not cause skin irritation during prolonged wear, and ensures perfect airtightness.
Directed Exhalation
The innovative 3M™ Cool Flow™ exhalation valve directs the flow of hot moist air downwards. This reduces breathing resistance and completely eliminates fogging of safety glasses or a welder's shield.
Drop-down System
The headgear strap design allows for easily lowering the respirator mask to the chest during breaks without removing a helmet, glasses, or headphones.
Universal Protection
When to Choose
The 3M 7502 (M) is the flagship of the 7500 series for professional welders, painters, and chemical workers with standard faces. When equipped with 3M 6059 (ABEK1), it provides protection against welding aerosols, chemical vapors, and radioactive dust up to FFP3. The Drop-down system is indispensable for frequent breaks: the mask remains on the chest, not requiring removal of PPE.
When NOT to Choose
Not suitable if a single-use application or minimum investment is required—the 3M 9332 (disposable FFP3) or 3M Aura 9322+ (disposable FFP2) are optimal. For small faces—3M 7501 (S), for large faces—3M 7503 (L).
Differences from 3M 6200 (M)
Compared to the 3M 6200 (M): same bayonet connectors for the same filters, but the 7502 is made of medical-grade silicone (softer, chemically resistant, does not deform when heated), equipped with Drop-down and a Cool Flow™ valve with lower breathing resistance. The 7502 body service life is 1.5–2 times higher for daily use in heavy industry.
