TECRON Chemi Pro is a specialized yellow chemical protection coverall Type 3B-6B. Multi-layer laminate 80-90 g/m², sealed TPU seams (thermoplastic polyurethane — higher chemical resistance than PVC), double protective zipper flap, reinforced knees. EN 14126, EN 1073-2, EN 1149-5. Direct competitor to DuPont Tychem 2000C. For concentrated chemicals, acids, alkalis, and oil — where TECRON PRO is no longer sufficient.

Durable multi-layer material (80-90 g/m²)

When to choose TECRON Chemi Pro
Chemi Pro is optimal for working with concentrated acids, alkalis, and oil. Type 3B — directional spray. Affordable alternative to DuPont Tychem 2000C.
When it is not suitable: chemical jet pressure up to 2 bar — DuPont Tychem 2000C. Main threat is biological — Lakeland MicroMax TS. For Type 5/6 without aggressive chemicals — TECRON PRO.
When to choose TECRON Chemi Pro
Recommended for work with aggressive chemicals: petrochemistry (tank cleaning, work with petroleum products), agrochemical treatment under pressure, chemical waste disposal, emergency response to acid and alkali spills. Type 3B means protection against directional liquid spraying — requiring zipper sealing (double flap). Yellow color is visual marking for a chemical hazard zone.
When NOT to choose TECRON Chemi Pro
When working with jets under pressure higher than allowed for Type 3 — a gas-tight suit Type 1/2 is required. For Type 5/6 tasks (dry particles, light splashes), Chemi Pro is over-priced: choose TECRON PRO or TECRON Classic Light. For maximum class biohazard protection (ISO 16604 Cl. 6) — Lakeland MicroMax TS with heat-sealed seams.
How it differs from other chemical protection models
Against DuPont Tychem 2000C (Type 3B): Tychem has proprietary material without micro-cracks and a mask-fit flap — an advantage when using respiratory protection. Chemi Pro is a more affordable alternative with TPU seams (higher chemical resistance than PVC). Against IntegraWay ExtraSafe (Type 4): Chemi Pro is one class higher (Type 3B), denser (90 vs 65 g/m²). Against 3M 4565 (Type 4B): 3M is one class lower but compatible with 3M masks — better for simultaneous use of 3M respiratory protection.
