TECRON Classic Light is the lightest and most breathable coverall in the TECRON line (45 g/m²). Disposable painter coverall made of laminated microporous material with external overlock seams and a thumb loop. Designed for painting, coating work, cleaning, and cleanrooms — where comfort during hours of wear is more important than maximum seam barrier.

Breathable laminated material (45 g/m²)
Laminated microporous material provides protection against particles and splashes with high vapor permeability. Disposable painter suit — optimal for long-term painting work.

External overlock seams
Increase barrier characteristics. Important: seams are not PVC-taped — for significant liquid splashes, choose TECRON PRO.
Thumb loop
Holds sleeves in place when working with raised hands — painting, ceiling coating, installation.
Protective zipper flap
Protects the zipper from paint and dust.
Smooth lint-free surface
The laminating layer eliminates lint shedding — important for pharmaceutical and food industries.
When to choose TECRON Classic Light
Classic Light is the choice for painters, cleaners, and cleanroom workers: lightweight, breathable, more affordable than PRO. Optimal for long-term wear without intense contact with liquids.
When it is not suitable: if there is a risk of liquid splashes — TECRON PRO (PVC seams). If antistatic + radiation protection is needed — Delta Plus DT115. For silicone-free finish painting — Ansell AlphaTec 1500 Plus.
When to choose TECRON Classic Light
Optimal for painting, coating, and finishing work where there is no intense chemical contact: whitewashing, painting surfaces with a brush and roller, light construction dust, industrial cleaning. The thumb loop holds the sleeve when working with hands above the head — an important ergonomic advantage for a painter.
When NOT to choose TECRON Classic Light
Not suitable for spray painting with toxic coatings — no antistatic, external overlock seams do not provide a complete barrier against mist. For work with solvents and varnishes, choose Ansell AlphaTec 1500 Plus (silicone-free, EN 1149-5 antistatic). For work with biological or chemical risks — TECRON PRO (PVC seams, EN 14126).
How it differs from other painting models
Against Ansell AlphaTec 1500 Plus: both are 45 g/m², both are Type 5/6, but Classic Light does not have a 'silicone-free' certificate — for automotive and finish spray painting, Ansell 1500 Plus is preferred. Against Noname (45-50 g/m²): Classic Light has European certification TYPE 5B/6B and a thumb loop. Against TECRON SMS Comfort: SMS is 10 g/m² denser and has a 4-layer structure — better for dust protection.
