The 3M 6300 construction respirator (size L) is an effective and durable respiratory protective device designed for heavy-duty use in harsh industrial conditions. This filtering half mask is exceptionally lightweight, allowing it to be used throughout the entire work shift without feeling fatigued.
Features and Benefits
The 3M 6300 reusable protective mask requires minimal maintenance. Thanks to the well-thought-out system of four straps, a highly tight and reliable fit is achieved. When equipped with appropriate 3M™ cartridges, the product transforms into a powerful respirator against wood dust, smoke, and aerosols, providing a protection class up to FFP3. This makes it an ideal choice for grinding, working with stone, concrete, and metal. Smaller sizes are available: medium 6200 (M) and small 6100 (S).

Bayonet Mount
Unique latches allow filters to be changed with a single click. You can quickly adapt the mask-respirator to different tasks—from dust protection to filtering organic vapors and gases.

The facepiece is made of soft, hypoallergenic elastomer. The material maintains elasticity, does not cause irritation, and guarantees the airtightness of the RPE.
Compatibility
The respirator's compact shape does not restrict the field of vision and allows for convenient use alongside safety glasses, helmets, and welding shields.
When to Choose
The 3M 6300 (L) is the right choice for users with large faces where size M does not provide a tight fit. Designed for heavy construction work: grinding, working with quartz dust, sawing stone and concrete (risk of silicosis), welding. When equipped with a 3M 6051 (A1) cartridge and a P3 pre-filter, it provides comprehensive protection up to FFP3.
When NOT to Choose
Not suitable for users with a medium face—excessive size leads to leaks. For M—3M 6200 (M), for S—3M 6100 (S). For heavy chemicals requiring a silicone face seal and Drop-down system, consider 3M 7503 (L).
Differences from 3M 7503 (L)
Both the 6300 (L) and 7503 (L) are size L with identical bayonet connectors. The 7503 is made of medical-grade silicone with the Drop-down system and Cool Flow™ valve, and does not degrade during prolonged contact with aggressive chemicals. The face seal service life of the 7503 is 1.5–2 times higher. For daily work in heavy industry, the 7503 is more cost-effective in the long run.
