3M 6100 (S) Reusable Half Mask for painting, up to FFP2, with filters

The product is reusable and made from durable elastomer requiring minimal maintenance. Thanks to its compact design (Size S), the painting mask ensures a snug fit and reliable sealing. Using appropriate 3M™ bayonet filters (e.g., 6051 for organic vapors), the respirator guarantees a protection class up to FFP2, effectively cleaning air from dust, mists, and organic vapors. If a medium size is needed — choose 6200 (M), for a large face — 6300 (L).

The low-profile design and dual-filter system do not limit the field of vision, allowing the mask to be comfortably used together with protective goggles and shields.

Allows changing replacement cartridges (filters) with a single click. You can quickly switch between aerosol protection and chemical vapor protection depending on the task.

A four-point head harness system ensures even pressure distribution and a snug fit, preventing mask displacement during active movements.

The facepiece made of soft hypoallergenic elastomer does not cause irritation, and the exceptionally low weight of the entire structure reduces fatigue during multi-hour painting work.

The 3M 6100 is designed for users with small faces (S): women, teenagers, narrow cheekbones. The compact construction ensures a seal where Size M (3M 6200) does not provide a tight fit. Ideal for painters when equipped with the 3M 6051 (A1) filter. The bayonet system allows for instant cartridge replacement.

Not suitable for users with medium and large faces. For M — 3M 6200 (M), for L — 3M 6300 (L). If a silicone seal is required for multi-hour wear, consider the 3M 7501 (S) from the 7500 series.

The 6100 (S) is structurally identical to the 6200 (M) and 6300 (L) — same bayonet connectors, same elastomer. The only difference is the facepiece size. The 7500 series (7501 S) offers a silicone seal with a Drop-down system — softer, more durable, but more expensive.
