Medical anti-dust respirator 3M 8210 FFP2 (KN95) without exhalation valve

The 3M 8210 molded dust respirator maintains its protective properties in difficult conditions, providing stable filtration without body deformation during inhalation. Due to its high efficiency, it is often used as a medical protective respirator to protect personnel from biological particles.

The 3M FFP2 8210 dust respirator is designed to protect respiratory organs from coarse solid aerosols, fine dust particles, water, and oil mists at concentrations up to 12 PEL (FFP2). The 3M FFP2S 8210 dust respirator is used in mining, metallurgy (including non-ferrous metal and steel production), coke-chemical production, building materials manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical, and food industries.

The molded half mask design maintains its rigidity throughout its entire service life. It does not require facial fitting skills when donning and does not 'collapse' during intense breathing.

Provides low breathing resistance, and the inner layer is made of hypoallergenic material, eliminating skin irritation.

Two elastic bands, an aluminum nose clip, and a soft nose pad guarantee a tight fit and prevent the intake of unfiltered air around the edges.

The filtering material withstands temperatures from -30°C to +70°C and high humidity conditions. The product is lightweight and non-combustible.

The 3M 8210 is the optimal choice for medical and pharmaceutical personnel, lab technicians, as well as during biological threats and pandemics. The absence of an exhalation valve means that exhaled air is also filtered—critical for protecting patients and sterile environments. The molded body does not deform during intense breathing.

Not recommended for physically intense work in hot environments: the absence of a valve increases heat stress. In these conditions, 3M 8822 (FFP2 with valve) or 3M 9332 (FFP3 with valve) is preferable. Model 8210 is not applicable for protection against gases and vapors.

Both are FFP2, but the 8210 does not have an exhalation valve, while the 3M 8822 is equipped with one. The 8210 is indispensable in medical applications (no risk of releasing unvalidated exhalation into a sterile environment). The 8822 is preferred in construction and industry, where reducing breathing resistance during physical work is important. Both are identical in NR D class.
