TECRON SMS Comfort blue protective coverall provides comfort and protection for long-term work in heat. Used in painting, food industry, pharmaceuticals, cleaning, wood and metal processing.
Four-layer SMMS material (55 g/m²)
Spunbond + double meltblown + spunbond. Double meltblown provides better particle filtration and higher splash protection compared to single-layer. Blue is a marker for personnel differentiation.
Filtering layer — particles from 1 µm
High vapor permeability with a barrier against water and aerosols. Work without overheating at elevated temperatures.
Soft breathable material
SMMS is soft, absorbs moisture, and provides vapor permeability. PPE coverall for long shifts.
PVC-reinforced seams
Seams with PVC tape — more reliable than the overlock seams of Classic Light. Barrier against aerosols and light splashes.
Protective flap and hood
Zipper under flap — protection against paint. Three-piece hood protects against aerosols.
When to choose TECRON SMS Comfort
SMS Comfort is optimal for long-term work in heat and when blue is needed to differentiate personnel. Protection is better than Classic Light, breathability is higher than PRO.
When it is not suitable: white color is needed — Classic Light or PRO. Physical ventilation insert is needed — Lakeland NS CoolSuit. Type 4 or full EN-package is needed — TECRON PRO.
When to choose TECRON SMS Comfort
Optimal for long shifts in warm and hot production facilities where fine dust filtration is important: pharmaceuticals, food production, woodworking, metalworking. Blue color allows for visual zoning of personnel — important when several teams work in one shop. The double meltblown layer captures particles more effectively than single-layer spunbond (Casper, Noname).
When NOT to choose TECRON SMS Comfort
When working with aggressive liquids and petroleum products — SMMS does not have the laminated barrier characteristic of microporous materials. For chemical and petrochemical tasks, choose TECRON PRO (65 g/m², PVC seams, EN 14126) or TECRON Chemi Pro (Type 3B). For work in hot conditions with chemical contact — Lakeland NS CoolSuit (SafeGard insert + MicroMax NS barrier).
