Buy retail on OZON

Summer protective antistatic flame-retardant coverall — reusable workwear for the oil & gas, energy, and metallurgical industries. Flame-retardant treatment is incorporated into the fiber structure (260 g/m²) rather than surface-applied — it retains characteristics after many washes. Class 3 visibility: high-vis coloring and reflective inserts. Antistatic fiber. Electric arc protection. The only reusable one in the catalog (along with the winter version).

Features and Benefits

Inherent Flame Protection in Fiber Structure

Treatment is built into the fiber — technical characteristics are maintained after many washes. Summer fire-resistant suit for long-term exploitation.

Antistatic for Explosive Zones

Antistatic coverall prevents static electricity accumulation — critical when working with flammable substances.

Class 3 Visibility

High-visibility coloring and reflective inserts — visibility in the dark and poor lighting. Summer flame-retardant suit with signal elements.

Electric Arc Protection

Coverall is protected against thermal risks of electric arc — for energy and explosive production.

When to choose Summer Flame-Retardant

Summer Flame-Retardant — for oil & gas, energy, metallurgy in the warm season. When reusable flame-retardant workwear with signal visibility is required.

For winter conditions — Winter Flame-Retardant (with insulation, triple seams, brass zippers). Disposable coveralls are not suitable for real fire risks.

Why choose Summer Flame-Retardant Coverall

Indispensable in ATEX explosive zones and where open flame flash risk exists during the warm season: oil well and pipeline maintenance, refinery work, electrical installation maintenance. Inherent flame protection (not surface treatment) retains characteristics after 50+ washes — economically more viable than disposable analogs for regular use.

When NOT to choose Summer Flame-Retardant Coverall

For work in sub-zero temperatures, choose the winter flame-retardant coverall from the catalog (insulation, brass zippers). For tasks without fire and flash risks — disposable models (TECRON PRO, Lakeland MicroMax NS) are more economical. If the task does not require antistatic and visibility class — use standard flame-retardant workwear without visibility class.

How it differs from the winter model

Summer vs Winter version (ID 18): identical fabric composition (75% cotton, 24% PE, 1% antistatic, 260 g/m²), but summer version is without insulation and uses standard zippers. The winter model has a thermal insulation layer, brass zippers (do not burn or melt), and is designed for negative temperatures. Summer version is more breathable, lighter in weight, and lower in price. Both models retain flame-retardant properties after multiple washes.
