Winter protective antistatic flame-retardant coverall — reusable workwear for oil & gas and energy at sub-zero temperatures. Fire-resistant fabric 260 g/m² with insulation. Triple seams. Brass zippers — do not ignite or melt upon contact with fire. Flame-retardant tapes withstand industrial washing. Two-way zipper. Hidden pockets. Antistatic. Suitable for oil & gas, petrochemical, and other industries with winter fire risks.

Features and Benefits

Flame Protection with Insulation for Freezing Conditions

Suit made of fire-resistant materials retains protective properties at negative temperatures. Soft breathable fabric provides tensile and tear strength.

Brass Zippers — Do Not Burn or Melt

Brass zippers — the metal does not ignite or melt when in contact with fire. A unique property for winter flame-retardant workwear.

Triple Seams and Flame-Retardant Tapes

Triple seams throughout the coverall. Flame-retardant tapes withstand industrial washing — protective properties do not decrease with multiple uses.

Antistatic — Two-Way Zipper

Winter antistatic coverall for explosive zones when working in the cold. Two-way zipper for easy donning and doffing in work conditions.

When to choose Winter Flame-Retardant

Winter Flame-Retardant — for oil & gas, energy, metallurgy at minus temperatures. Brass zippers and triple seams provide an additional safety level.

For the warm season — Summer Flame-Retardant (without insulation). Disposable coveralls are not suitable for real fire risks.

Why choose Winter Flame-Retardant Coverall

Mandatory for oil & gas and energy sites in northern latitudes: work at temperatures down to -40°C while maintaining flame-retardant properties. Brass zippers — the metal does not ignite or melt upon contact with open flames (unlike nylon). Insulation maintains mobility at low temperatures without reducing the level of fire protection.

When NOT to choose Winter Flame-Retardant Coverall

In positive temperatures — the summer flame-retardant coverall is lighter, breathes better, and is cheaper. If the task does not require flame protection — insulated coveralls of standard workwear without FR properties. If there are no ATEX explosive zones or flash risks — regular winter workwear is more economical.

How it differs from the summer model

Key differences of the winter version: (1) thermal insulation — work at negative temperatures; (2) brass zippers vs standard fasteners in the summer version — hardware fire resistance; (3) triple seams increase durability in harsh Northern conditions. The cost of the winter version is higher. Base fabric is identical (75% cotton, 24% PE, 1% antistatic, 260 g/m²). Flame resistance is maintained in both versions after multiple washes.
